Shipping Policy

Available delivery options and prices will be displayed at checkout. Typical delivery options may include: Standard Delivery, Tracked Delivery and Express Delivery. Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on courier service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are normally dispatched within [1–2] working days after payment has been successfully received. Pre-order products will be dispatched according to the stated release date. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be held until the pre-order product is available unless otherwise stated.

Free delivery will be offered on special occasions.

Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If a courier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered because the customer was unavailable or provided an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where permitted.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it where reasonably possible. If the contents are damaged, contact us at: info@valhalla-forge.co.uk. Please include your order number and photographs.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.

International delivery is not currently available unless specifically stated at checkout.
