For the purposes of these Terms, "Valhalla Forge", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Valhalla Forge Ltd. "You" and "customer" refer to any person purchasing products from our website.

We sell trading cards, sealed Trading Card Game products, accessories, collectibles, figures and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Product images are provided for illustration where stated. Packaging, artwork and product appearance may vary from images shown on the website.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with applicable UK law. Valhalla Forge Ltd is VAT registered (VAT number: 528690460).

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order has been submitted. An order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless we have expressly confirmed acceptance earlier.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable; there is an obvious pricing or product description error; we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; payment cannot be authorised; an order breaches applicable purchase limits; or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled products.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store complete payment card details on our own servers. Payment information may be processed by our payment providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Where a product is advertised as a pre-order, the estimated release date will be displayed on the product page where available. Release dates are supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may change. If the release date changes, we will update customers where reasonably possible. If a pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action or other significant disruption.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products.

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Trading card products may contain randomly selected cards. We cannot guarantee the presence of any particular card, rarity, character or pull. For sealed products, we recommend that customers retain the original packaging until they are satisfied with their purchase.

We may apply reasonable purchase limits to certain products, particularly products with limited availability or high demand. Any applicable purchase limits will be displayed on the product page or communicated before purchase.

All content on this website, including the Valhalla Forge name, logo, original graphics, text and website design, belongs to Valhalla Forge Ltd or is used with permission. Third-party trademarks, characters and product names belong to their respective owners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under UK law.
